Travel Tins Meditation Workshop

In this workshop, we’ll practice a guided, group meditation and then lay out the art supplies to create pocket-sized meditation altars to travel with you through the summer season. Art supplies, chocolates, and herbal tea provided – please consider bringing objects that have meaning to you (photo, drawing, quotation, dried flowers) to add to your travel tin (think mint-tin size). One Nice Green Leaf is an adaptable, accessible space – please reach out if there are ways we can create the space for this workshop together.
