Sessions are at my midtown Fort Collins space Sunday through Friday, virtual as needed, or on nearby trails for nature-based therapy.
Group therapy is an extraordinary experience, often in which healing and growth is amplified as the group validates and supports each other.

Workshops at One Nice Green Leaf center on growth and healing, and may incorporate creativity, connection, and movement.
Upcoming workshops hosted by One Nice Green Leaf can be found here.
Workshops are $40 per hour.
Private workshops, speaking events, and trainings are $250 per hour and can be offered at One Nice Green Leaf or on-site (outdoors, offices, studios, conferences, events).
My professional journey started in outdoor education, then working in public schools, and along the way teaching mindful, therapeutic movement and meditation practices at events, conferences, studios, clinics, and outdoors. I am grateful to now be rooted in this work, as a psychotherapist.
I offer therapy where you can be expressive, move your body, and connect with yourself and nature. With experiential elements woven in, you can explore the healing and growth that happens beneath words. Here is where you can incorporate into therapy sessions creative expression (art, writing, music), somatic modalities (meditation, breathwork, mindful movement), and connection with wild spaces (by the river, under the trees, on the trails).
This all happens in a space that is large and accessible. Sensory elements are adaptable, we have a private accessible entrance, and there is a large, private single-user bathroom.
If this feels like the kind of therapy you’ve been looking for, I would love to hear from you.
Gratefully,
Cat
