Group Therapy

Group therapy is an extraordinary experience, often in which healing and growth is amplified as the group validates and supports each other.

You set the pace, you name your goals — we’re here to support you and celebrate your successes along the way. Wednesdays, 10-11am. 18+
  • Friday Meditation Group: For everybody, all are welcome. This group may be especially meaningful for those who have attended (or are attending) One Nice Green Leaf workshops, groups, or individual therapy and would like to use meditation to support their work towards their therapeutic goals. Fridays, 12-1pm. 18+

At One Nice Green Leaf, groups are offered on 6-week cycles with one week between each cycle.

Groups are closed, which means that the same people (6 people in each group) will be attending each of the 6 sessions in a cycle (with the option to return for following cycles).
